Everything you need to know about VoipPlus pricing, plans, and billing.
VoipPlus costs $20 per channel per month. That is it. There are no hidden fees, no add-on charges, and no tiered pricing. All 50+ features are included with every channel.
Service is month-to-month with no contracts or setup fees. You can scale up or down at any time.
A channel represents one concurrent (simultaneous) phone call. Unlike traditional phone lines or per-seat pricing, you can connect unlimited phones and extensions to your account. You only pay for how many calls happen at the same time.
Example: A 10-person office where 3 people are typically on the phone at the same time only needs 3 channels ($60/month)—not 10 lines.
No contracts and no setup fees. VoipPlus is entirely month-to-month. There are no long-term commitments, no early termination penalties, and no activation charges. You can cancel anytime with no questions asked.
All 50+ features are included at no extra charge. There are no feature tiers, no add-on fees, and no premium upgrades. Every VoipPlus account includes:
Yes. Our metered plan is $5 per DID (phone number) per month plus per-minute usage charges. This option is ideal for businesses with very low call volume, such as a fax-only line or a backup number that rarely rings.

What to expect when switching to VoipPlus for your business phones.
New phone numbers can be activated and working the same day. If you are porting existing numbers from another carrier, the process typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your current provider.
During the porting period, your existing phones continue to work normally. We coordinate the cutover so there is zero downtime.
No special internet is required. Standard broadband (cable, fiber, or DSL) works fine. Each concurrent call uses approximately 100 kbps of bandwidth. A typical business internet connection can support many simultaneous VoIP calls without any issues.

Questions about reliability, support, and technical details.
VoipPlus provides failover routing so your business never misses a call. If your internet goes down, calls are automatically forwarded to a cell phone, alternate location, or voicemail—whatever you prefer.
You configure your failover preferences in advance, and the system handles everything automatically.
You speak directly with the owner—no ticket queues, no escalation tiers, no offshore call centers, no waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Call 1-847-984-1184 and get a real person who knows your account.
This is one of the biggest differences between VoipPlus and the large national providers.
We provide responsive direct support during business hours and prioritize urgent issues at all times. Because you work directly with the owner, response times are significantly faster than large providers with tiered support systems.
For critical issues outside business hours, we monitor systems and respond as quickly as possible.
