Auto-Provisioning Available

Don't want to configure manually? We can provision your phones automatically.

How Auto-Provisioning Works

Instead of manually entering settings on each phone, you can provide us with your device's MAC address. We'll create a configuration file on our provisioning server, and your phone will download its settings automatically.

Benefits:

  • No manual configuration needed
  • Settings applied automatically on boot
  • Easy to update settings remotely
  • Consistent configuration across devices
To Use Auto-Provisioning
  1. Find your device's MAC address (usually on a label on the bottom of the phone)
  2. Provide the MAC address to VoipPlus support
  3. We create your configuration on our provisioning server
  4. Set your phone to use our provisioning URL (or we'll guide you)
  5. Reboot the phone—it will download its configuration automatically

Cisco devices: Set the <Profile_Rule> parameter to our provisioning server URL and the phone will auto-configure on each boot.
